It’s not always easy for our clients to schedule a time to come in to the store to choose their favorite fabrics/patterns and get measured. This is why we offers home and office appointments. Alan David representatives travel for appointments all over all over the New York Tri-State region. We’ve fitted clients in Passaic, New Jersey, and Hartford, Connecticut. Generally, if you’re in the Tri-State area and want to get measured, an Alan David representative will be able to reach you.

We don’t want to interrupt your daily routine. Our home and office appointments are a great way of incorporating our suit measurements and fittings into the normal flow of your day. Home appointments in particular are popular with clients who want to consult their significant others about clothing materials and patterns. Home appointment also enable your Alan David representative to evaluate your wardrobe and offer custom garments that go with your other clothing.

Home and office appointments are made at no extra charge. The custom suits measured during these appointment have the same turnaround time as items measured at the Alan David Showroom, an industry leading 15-18 days. Hi, welcome to the Alan David Custom Suits blog. Today, I would like to tell you about my company and what our goals are. I am Alan David Horowitz, 4th generation retailer. My company produces men’s custom suits, shirts, ties, tuxedos, and shirts. Everything we produce is domestic; nothing is outsourced overseas due to poor quality and poor consistency. Our mission statement is to produce high quality clothing that fits as close to perfect the very first time. But what I feel is even more important is the honestly myself and my staff stand for. My true goal is to make you 100% comfortable throughout the sales process. From fabrics, to styling to price to delivery, you need to feel comfortable every step of the way. I encourage questions and will never sacrifice anything just to make a sale. If I feel a fabric or style is not flattering for you, I will tell you. People sometimes ask me how I have built such a great company. My answer is always the same. Honestly. Don’t look to the short term sale, build the relationship, do what is best for the client and they will come back. I believe Alan David offers the best custom suits NY has to offer.
